QA/QC Electrical Engineer – Saudi Energy Approval Preferred

About the role

alfanar, a Grade I EPC contractor based in Riyadh, is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer with Saudi Energy Approval. The role supports the company’s power, water, transmission and building projects by ensuring quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Train sub‑ordinates and form a team to deliver work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to sub‑ordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments and ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilise resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes, specifications and related activities.
• Coordinate written systems, policies and procedures while seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical thinking, communication and creativity.
• Detail‑oriented, initiative and well‑organized.
• Proficient in MS Office and report writing.
• Ability to conduct risk assessment and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, time‑management and troubleshooting skills.
