QC Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector supports quality assurance activities on gas turbine components throughout manufacturing and final preparation. The role ensures that all products meet specifications, engineering requirements, and established quality standards while promoting Lean practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑process and final inspections according to work instructions, quality plans, and process requirements.
• Review and verify final reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Raise quality concerns promptly, initiate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), and support escalation when needed.
• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective‑action activities.
• Record inspection results, findings, and documentation accurately.
• Use inspection tools, gauges, and measuring devices safely and effectively.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.
• Apply Lean principles, identify improvement opportunities, and support standard‑work implementation.

Required profile

• Experience reading engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
