Quality Inspector II

About the role

The Quality Inspector II will ensure that aluminum beverage cans produced by CROWN Arabia meet all defined quality standards. Working on the shop floor, you will perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process and help maintain product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑process and final inspections of cans using micrometers, calipers, gauges and vision‑system equipment.
• Verify dimensions and characteristics against blueprints, technical drawings and quality specifications.
• Document non‑conforming items, raise corrective‑action requests and follow up on resolutions.
• Perform visual checks for cosmetic defects, print quality and overall integrity.
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality reports.
• Assist in root‑cause investigations and participate in continuous‑improvement activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to reinforce quality standards and provide feedback.
• Monitor calibration status of inspection tools and ensure they are maintained.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• 2‑4 years of quality‑control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in can production.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and good communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
