QHSE Manager

About the role

The QHSE Manager will be based at our headquarters in Riyadh and will lead all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment activities across multiple facilities. You will ensure compliance with client SLAs, local regulations and internal standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, review and submit weekly/monthly QHSE reports on schedule.
• Lead fire and emergency drills in coordination with clients and local authorities.
• Support Facility Managers and on‑site teams to close audit comments and achieve 100% compliance.
• Coordinate external HSE training and conduct toolbox talks, inductions and briefings.
• Develop and monitor Job Hazard Analyses, Risk Registers and control‑measure implementation.
• Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions and update policies as needed.
• Perform regular QHSE inspections and advise on realistic, practicable controls.
• Report on safe operation of technical equipment such as elevators, BMU, HV/LV systems, fire protection, HVAC, gas and access‑control systems.
• Mentor Safety Champions, First Aiders and Fire Wardens.
