QHSSE Manager – Taif

About the role

The QHSSE Manager is responsible for overseeing quality, health, safety, security and environmental aspects across the complex/attraction in Taif. This includes conducting audits, delivering training, managing incidents, and coordinating with local authorities to ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees, guests and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the SEVEN QHSSE standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead and supervise security personnel and third‑party security providers.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation and cost optimisation for QHSSE operations.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for security staff and attraction teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety Management, Security Management, QHSE or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in QHSSE/security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certifications such as OSHA/IOSH, CPP or PSP, and First Aid/Emergency Response.
• Experience with ISO audit programmes, specifically ISO 9001 or ISO 45001.
