QHSSE Manager – Taif

About the role

The QHSSE Manager will lead all Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental activities for SEVEN’s complex in Taif. The role ensures compliance with internal standards and local regulations, while providing a safe and secure experience for guests, employees and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor SEVEN QHSSE policies, conduct audits and risk assessments across the attraction.
• Lead and supervise internal security staff and manage third‑party security providers, including training and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations and reporting, working closely with local authorities and emergency services.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and cost optimisation for QHSSE operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QHSSE functions in a large facility, attraction or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with experience liaising with law‑enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programmes and emergency drills.
