Quality and Process Excellence Director

About the role

The Quality and Process Excellence Director leads the organization’s quality and process initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement across the Business Cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Business EPMO & Business Excellence plans in line with corporate goals.
• Direct and manage quality and process excellence mandates, providing leadership to achieve high‑performance standards.
• Control change management within quality and process domains, offering guidance for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Act as an ambassador for CQM, leading process assurance and control across the cluster.
• Coordinate with GRC, Digital Transformation, and department heads to prioritize and adopt process improvement road‑maps.
• Define goals and KPIs for the team, oversee performance management, and drive employee engagement and capability development.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or a related field, preferably within telecommunications.
• Proven leadership ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record of driving continuous‑improvement culture and delivering measurable results.
