Quality Assurance Inspector I (Food Production)

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, as a Quality Assurance Inspector I. You will ensure that raw materials, ingredients and packaging meet strict quality standards before they enter production, supporting the company’s commitment to safe and nutritious food.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw material, ingredients and packaging before production using verification programs.
• Collect and deliver samples (raw material, air, water, swabs) to the internal laboratory.
• Verify cleaning procedures of production lines and ensure implementation of quality procedures.
• Provide technical guidance on Critical Control Points and monitor corrective actions.
• Maintain pest‑control records, work with external service providers, and conduct GMP trainings.
• Analyze MSDS of chemicals, support Food Safety & Quality Management system implementation, and maintain supplier approval documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 3‑year diploma in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food quality or safety.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food microbiology and biochemistry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
