About the role
NADEC, a leading food and dairy company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead its QA function at the Haradh production site. The role will ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all quality assurance activities across production operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SFDA, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
- Plan and conduct audits, inspections, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high‑performing QA team.
- Monitor quality performance metrics, analyse data, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strengthen supplier quality management and maintain consistent product standards throughout the value chain.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
- 5–7 years of QA experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of SFDA regulations.
- Understanding of HACCP principles.
