Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

NADEC, a leading food and dairy company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead its QA function at the Haradh production site. The role will ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all quality assurance activities across production operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
• Plan and conduct audits, inspections, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a high‑performing QA team.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, analyse data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen supplier quality management and maintain consistent product standards throughout the value chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
• 5–7 years of QA experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SFDA regulations.
• Understanding of HACCP principles.
