Quality Assurance Senior Expert

About the role

The Quality Assurance Senior Expert will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of QA practices across Specialized business units. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures that processes meet internal standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the Quality Assurance framework across all service lines, aligning with approved policies and regulatory mandates.
• Develop quality benchmarks and assessment criteria to evaluate process effectiveness.
• Lead business process design and review activities with stakeholders to strengthen end‑to‑end governance.
• Conduct QA assessments covering risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and other critical processes.
• Collaborate with GRC teams to identify control weaknesses, assess impact and recommend remediation actions.
• Review and improve QA‑related policies, procedures, controls and testing methodologies.
• Drive cross‑functional process re‑engineering to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor QA performance metrics, analyse trends and initiate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance, risk management or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading QA initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, cybersecurity standards and control effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
