Quality Coordinator (BSP-380 KV)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to lead the implementation and oversight of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple projects within the assigned region. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and internal procedures while supporting project quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the QMS across all regional projects.
• Supervise project Quality Engineers and Inspectors in updating Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, and quality procedures.
• Review and track Non‑Conformance Reports, observations, and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Consolidate regional quality reports, including NCR status, RFIs, RMIs, audit findings, and inspection statistics.
• Support the Quality Manager in developing quality strategies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation control and record keeping for all quality‑related documents.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and quality meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to project quality teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant work experience in a similar quality coordination role.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and high level of confidentiality.
• Strong self‑management, emotional control, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
