Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Coordinator supports the implementation and maintenance of project quality management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The role ensures that all deliverables meet contractual, industry, and client quality expectations while fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quality assurance and control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and related procedures.
• Monitor compliance with specifications, standards, regulatory requirements, and company processes.
• Organise inspections, testing, audits, and quality reviews with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, material records, audit findings, and registers.
• Track and manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, and close‑out activities.
• Review contractor and supplier quality documents, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and submissions.
• Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and reports for performance monitoring.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in quality coordination or related fields.
• Familiarity with project‑based environments in metals, mining, or engineering sectors.
