About the role
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to implement and maintain product quality, management systems, and drive continual improvement within our Dhahran centre. The role involves ensuring compliance with Emerson, customer and project requirements while supporting internal and external audits.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and develop process documentation, Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification.
- Develop and sustain continuous improvement processes as part of the QMS.
- Coordinate and represent the centre during internal and external audits (ISO, HSE, etc.).
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers, customers and subcontractors on quality issues.
- Manage all quality tools, procedures and record‑retention processes.
- Conduct in‑process, sub‑supplier and final inspections according to project specifications.
- Raise non‑conformances and drive corrective actions through verification of effectiveness.
- Promote internal quality awareness through training and communications.
