Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for detail‑oriented Quality Engineers to ensure our products meet customer and industry standards across our Plastic, CAN making and Paper product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in‑process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Monitor product quality using SPC and act quickly on deviations.
• Investigate non‑conformances and customer complaints using RCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow them to closure.
• Maintain quality systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, or BRCGS and support audits.
• Manage calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
• Record inspection results, quality reports, and KPIs accurately.

Required profile

• 1 to 7 years of hands‑on quality experience in Plastic, CAN making (steel & metal), or Paper manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 or BRCGS standards and audit processes.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Required skills

• Seam teardown testing.
• Top load, leak, burst, ECT/BCT, and dimensional checks.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Control Plans.
• SAP QM or similar quality management systems.
