Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and regulatory codes. Reporting to senior management, the role drives continuous improvement across projects and operations in Al Khobar.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor the QMS, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Lead and manage QA/QC teams across multiple projects or facilities.
• Review, approve and control quality plans, procedures, ITPs and method statements.
• Plan and conduct internal, external and client audits.
• Manage non‑conformances, perform root‑cause analysis and oversee CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations on quality issues.
• Report quality performance metrics to senior management.
• Drive risk‑based quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management or QA‑QC.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary quality teams.
• Hands‑on experience with audits, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Industry experience in construction, oil & gas or manufacturing is preferred.
