Quality Officer

About the role

The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that all branches, warehouses and production sites comply with company standards, safety regulations and quality requirements. This role involves regular on‑site inspections, audits and the preparation of detailed reports to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspection visits to branches, housing facilities and warehouses, auditing against safety, quality, maintenance and regulatory standards.
• Immediately address fixable issues in coordination with branch managers during visits.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for each visit and follow up with branch and area managers until all findings are resolved.
• Verify adherence to standard operating procedures, service standards, product quality, product knowledge, training and hygiene practices.
• Carry out GMP and other internal audits to maintain and improve manufacturing performance.
• Monitor product quality along preparation and production lines to ensure specifications are met.
• Audit raw materials for suitability, enforce stock rotation and document findings.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for direct managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits and quality assessments in a production or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, maintenance and regulatory standards, including GMP.
• Excellent report‑writing skills and ability to follow up on corrective actions.
• Effective coordination with branch managers and cross‑functional teams.
