Quality Record Controller – Construction Projects

About the role

The Quality Record Controller ensures that all quality and HSE procedures are applied consistently across subcontractor activities on the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects in Al Jubail. Working on a 60‑day on‑site / 10‑day off rotation, you will inspect work, verify materials and equipment, and support the construction material controller.

Key responsibilities

• Implement quality/HSE procedures and standards for assigned subcontractor areas.
• Inspect subcontractor activities against site inspection plans, engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Verify that supplied materials and equipment meet project requirements before use.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower and equipment calibration to ensure compliance.
• Report design errors to the site engineer and coordinate non‑conformity resolution with the construction quality manager.
• Receive and confirm inspection requests from subcontractors and keep the quality manager informed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in construction quality control or HSE inspection.
• Proven ability to work on rotating on‑site schedules.
• Familiarity with EPC project environments and subcontractor management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly.
