Quality Technician

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. The position covers production of Plastic, CAN Making (Steel & Metal), and Paper products, ensuring all outputs meet strict specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in‑process production, and finished products against specifications.
• Perform tests and measurements using calibrated instruments and gauges.
• Record inspection results accurately and report deviations immediately.
• Identify non‑conforming products, support root‑cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Approve first‑piece and line startups after setups and changeovers.
• Support quality audits and maintain quality documentation while following safety and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience as a quality technician or inspector in Plastic, CAN Making, or Paper manufacturing (mandatory).
• Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and product specifications.
• Good record‑keeping, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts.
• Preferred knowledge of ISO 9001 or food‑contact quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and thickness gauges.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• Experience conducting quality checks during production line changeovers.
