Quality & Training Manager – Chauffeur Operations

About the role

Blacklane is seeking a Quality and Training Manager for its chauffeur operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the development and delivery of training programmes, ensure high‑quality service standards and support partner chauffeurs to provide a safe, reliable and premium guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously improve Blacklane’s chauffeur training academy in KSA, covering both theoretical and practical modules in English and Arabic.
• Manage the Learning Management System, create course content and deliver on‑site training sessions.
• Collaborate with partner fleets to tailor training to their specific needs and conduct on‑the‑job coaching.
• Analyse performance data to identify gaps, produce insights and update training materials accordingly.
• Oversee auditing, quality‑assurance processes and spot‑checks to maintain service standards.
• Set clear quality expectations for partners and provide frameworks for other operational teams.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, sustainability, respect and tolerance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a business environment, preferably within luxury or transport sectors.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing quality and training programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
