Railway Depot Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Railway Depot Maintenance Manager to lead track maintenance operations for a high‑speed rail project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, supervising and ensuring the reliability of railway infrastructure while managing a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, monthly and weekly operational maintenance plans in line with the overall Maintenance Plans.
• Continuously monitor track and railway infrastructure condition and performance, ensuring teams can respond to operational incidents.
• Update the maintenance management database daily, tracking completed and pending activities and scheduling both preventive and corrective tasks.
• Issue instructions for maintenance work orders and review completed reports.
• Supervise all railway track and infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Maintain records using the project’s maintenance management software.
• Prepare technical reports on plan compliance, work progress and incident investigations.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Works Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of ADIF railway track and infrastructure technical standards.
• Minimum 5 years experience in railway construction or maintenance, preferably on high‑speed rail projects.
• Occupational Health & Safety training.
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to relocate and reside in Saudi Arabia.
