Real Estate Development Internship – Project & Development Services

About the role

Support client‑focused real estate development projects as part of the Project and Development Services team. Working alongside Project Managers, you will help deliver projects on time, within budget, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary project contact.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct meetings to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Provide design‑management consultation to align with client vision.
• Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Draft project documentation such as proposals and contracts.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage design aspects (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities to reduce costs and save time.
• Generate status reports and track milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare client presentations and quality reports.
• Chair progress meetings and report on program, quality, and key parameters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, real estate, engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project management within architecture, engineering or construction environments.
• Strong client‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Professional certification such as PMP is desirable.
