About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support across its offices. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic office management tasks, contributing to the company’s commitment to sustainability and global collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with a professional demeanor.
  • Receiving, sending, distributing, and logging all incoming and outgoing faxes.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier parcels, including logging and distribution.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date telephone directories for Yokogawa offices, employees, customers, vendors, and government offices.
  • Verifying telephone bills and courier invoices before payment approval.
  • Receiving, logging, and managing details of visitors.
  • Assisting the Admin Group Manager in preparing the security guards’ schedule.

Required profile

  • Any degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative or reception functions.
  • Strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Comprehensive telephone handling abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
