About the role
Alfanar Projects is seeking a proactive Receptionist to join its Aljubail office. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, accepting direction and feedback.
- Execute planned activities in line with operational and development targets.
- Utilize resources efficiently to meet objectives within cost and time constraints.
- Identify and resolve routine issues; escalate complex operational problems as needed.
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies in all tasks.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree from a Secretarial Institute.
- Fresh graduate or 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong adaptability, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
