Receptionist – Front Desk & Administrative Support

About the role
LOINS School is seeking a professional Receptionist to join its front‑desk team in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the daily operations of Learning Oasis International & National Schools by providing courteous phone and visitor handling, as well as essential clerical assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Greet visitors, manage sign‑in procedures, and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to students, parents, and external partners.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role is preferred.
