About the role
Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, is looking for a professional Receptionist to join its Riyadh office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a polished and welcoming front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception area.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, take messages, and manage voicemail.
- Welcome visitors, escort them to meeting rooms, and provide guest Wi‑Fi passwords.
- Prepare conference and visitor rooms after use, ensuring they are presentable.
- Monitor fax and printer paper levels, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and parcels.
- Reserve video/conference rooms, set up calls, and arrange catering as needed.
- Manage email correspondence, local couriers, and travel arrangements (taxi, flights, accommodation).
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document binding.
Required profile
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Professional appearance, clear speech, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using Cisco phone systems.
- Familiarity with Room Scheduler or similar conference‑room booking tools.
