About the role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming front‑desk environment. This role supports daily office operations and contributes to smooth administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
  • Handle front‑desk operations, including visitor registration, access coordination, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and couriers.
  • Assist with internal events, meetings, and office activities as needed.
  • Process PR and PO requests related to office administration and follow up with relevant departments.
  • Support the Recognition & Rewards Program by assisting employees, coordinating with HR/IT, and preparing confidential reports.

Required profile

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
