About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will work in a dynamic front‑office environment, representing the brand’s “Yes I Can!” service ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Provide information and assistance throughout the guest journey, addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety at the front desk.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Strong verbal communication and team‑player attitude.
• Patience, empathy and a welcoming personality.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
