Cluster General Manager – Jeddah & Makkah

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cluster General Manager to lead our hotels in Jeddah and Makkah. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building high‑performing teams across the IBIS, Adagio, IBIS Styles and Mercure brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for the cluster, aligned with market opportunities.
• Oversee all operational aspects across multiple locations, including staffing, inventory, customer service standards and facility maintenance.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through market analysis, pricing optimisation and cost‑control measures.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the cluster.
• Build, mentor and motivate high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate leadership, local partners and community organisations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years in a multi‑unit or cluster leadership role.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, financial analysis and business planning.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision‑making and results‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
