Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus (Arabic)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Recruiter with Arabic language skills to lead early‑careers and campus hiring initiatives across Saudi Arabia. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver high‑quality talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for early‑career and campus positions, meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Plan and execute campus events such as career fairs, assessment centres and university engagements.
• Develop and implement attraction strategies to promote the client brand to early‑talent audiences.
• Collaborate with recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, communication and onboarding.
• Provide advisory support to hiring managers and HRBPs on market trends and recruitment best practices.
