Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus (Arabic)

About the role

AMS is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead early‑careers and campus hiring initiatives across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality recruitment services, building strong candidate pipelines, and representing the client brand at university events while ensuring an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for early‑career and campus positions, from attraction to onboarding.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, assessment centres, and university engagement events.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines, ensuring high‑quality shortlisting and hiring outcomes.
• Act as a custodian of candidate quality, delivering a consistent and professional candidate journey.
• Collaborate with recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and onboarding.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to support recruitment events and campus initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume campus hiring environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within early‑career or campus hiring.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
