Recruiter Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter Team Lead to manage daily recruitment and talent‑matching operations. In this position you will guide a team, optimise candidate‑to‑job matching, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor the talent‑matching and recruitment team.
• Monitor daily sourcing, screening and placement workflows.
• Define and track operational KPIs, driving continuous improvements.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular analytical reports on placement rates, speed‑to‑hire and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate candidate‑to‑vacancy matching.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline hiring pipelines.
• Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and align talent supply with labour market requirements.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and improve the candidate journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations or recruitment sourcing.
• Proven experience leading teams or supervising operational processes.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD or PMP are a plus.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Recruitment analytics and reporting.
• HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Nitaqat regulations.
