Recruiting Manager – Middle East

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead experienced‑hire and Partner recruitment across the Middle East from its Riyadh office. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition lifecycle, work closely with senior leaders, and help shape the regional hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Recruiting to execute experienced‑hire strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive Partner recruitment, including market mapping, executive‑search engagement, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Provide talent market insights, hiring strategy advice, and workforce‑planning support to senior leaders.
• Use data and market intelligence to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously, focusing on experienced, leadership, and Partner‑level roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and relationship management.
• Ensure an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, executive‑search firms, agencies, and RPO providers to deliver high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior‑level recruitment, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills with senior partners and business leaders.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and ability to align talent acquisition with growth objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, multicultural environments across the Middle East.
