Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new hires at Dammam Airports, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression. This role bridges recruitment and HR operations, coordinating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and maintain candidate documentation, ensuring files are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate arrival dates with hiring managers and recruiters, preparing all pre‑arrival arrangements.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Conduct orientation sessions that introduce new hires to the airport’s culture, values, and procedures.
• Develop and manage onboarding checklists, schedules, and support tools.
• Monitor new‑hire progress, address issues, and collect feedback from employees and managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present recruitment and onboarding metrics reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless handover from recruitment to onboarding.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
