About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to connect client organisations with the right talent. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from understanding client needs to placing successful candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide career guidance.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms on behalf of clients.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics, meet hiring targets and stay updated on market trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work towards targets.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
