Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure a smooth recruitment process by managing interview schedules, maintaining trackers, and communicating with candidates across multiple projects and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
• Communicate interview details and updates to candidates promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with candidates on confirmations, attendance, and feedback.
• Track interview outcomes, candidate statuses, and no‑show cases.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Support recruiters throughout the hiring process and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Assist with recruitment administration and coordination activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills
