Recruitment Lead Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Lead Specialist is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities in line with workforce plans and organisational needs. This role ensures the timely acquisition of qualified talent and supports the overall staffing strategy of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support team members on assigned tasks, provide guidance, and conduct on‑the‑job training.
• Execute recruitment activities within approved workforce plans, frameworks, and budgets.
• Coordinate sourcing across job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to build talent pipelines.
• Monitor screening and shortlisting to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Organise interview and assessment logistics, consolidate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Conduct candidate evaluations such as tests, technical assessments, and competency‑based interviews.
• Perform reference checks and background verification prior to hiring decisions.
• Support offer preparation and contract issuance in compliance with internal policies and labour regulations.
• Maintain recruitment records and system updates for data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, sourcing efficiency) and highlight performance gaps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners to meet recruitment needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
