Recruitment & Medical Insurance Specialist

About the role

Innova Pharmacy is seeking a Recruitment & Medical Insurance Specialist to join its HR team in the Riyadh Region. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while also overseeing employee medical insurance administration.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for pharmacy and corporate positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and ensure all recruitment documentation is complete.
• Facilitate onboarding activities and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, policy amendments, additions, and deletions.
• Monitor insurance loss ratios, coordinate claims, and communicate with insurance providers.
• Prepare periodic recruitment and insurance reports and ensure compliance with local labor and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Riyadh.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Experience handling employee medical insurance administration.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, branch managers, and external partners.
