About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the attraction, sourcing and engagement of top talent, while delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and requires strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage several openings at once.
