About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the attraction, sourcing and engagement of top talent, while delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and requires strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Key responsibilities

Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing abilities and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage several openings at once.
