Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will own the full‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build pipelines, and ensure every candidate enjoys a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, university relations and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire, identifying trends for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or in‑house setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
