Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of positions within Saudiaat. This role focuses on delivering a high‑quality hiring experience while supporting the company’s inclusive employment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media and networking events.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from screening and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Experience using recruitment software and digital tools to manage candidates.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
