Regional HR Director - Luxury Retail

About the role

A fast-paced, high-growth luxury retail company seeking a Saudi National HR Generalist to become its Regional HR Director. The role oversees all HR activities across the GCC and is advertised as permanent and work from home, with a salary of AED 55,000 - 65,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals and advise leadership on workforce planning and organisational design
• Implement recruitment strategies, succession planning and employer branding
• Drive performance systems, leadership development and employee engagement programs
• Design pay structures, manage payroll and introduce benefits
• Ensure compliance with GCC labour laws, manage HR policies and handle employee relations
• Promote corporate culture, lead DEI initiatives and manage change strategies
• Implement HRIS, dashboards and automation, using data for decisions
• Develop CSR programs, wellness initiatives and align HR with ESG principles
• Create HR contingency plans and ensure business continuity during disruptions

Required profile

• Saudi National
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, MBA or CIPD
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in line management
• Retail industry experience (luxury preferred)
• Dynamic, strong communicator with a passion for impact and change
