Regional Quality Coordinator

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator to ensure that all quality standards are met across the Hail region. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product flow—from receiving to delivery—while driving continuous improvement in quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor quality systems for receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering products.
• Implement quality procedures, conduct training, perform audits, and generate reports.
• Review and update SQA forms, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Analyze data for continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Poultry Technology or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry QA and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Computer literate and holder of a valid driving license.
• Strong knowledge of product composition, food hygiene, and proper product handling.
• Ability to work with senior executives and deliver clear, results‑oriented outcomes.
