Regional Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Invixium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales of its biometric access control, time‑and‑attendance and visitor‑management solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales – KSA & Levant, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint with system integrators, end‑user customers, security consultants and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
• Achieve enterprise quota targets and grow both enterprise and upper‑mid‑market segments for biometric solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the region.
• Provide accurate quarterly forecasts and business plans.
• Deliver a white‑glove experience to customers and ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
• Promote Invixium technology specifications and establish channel partners through the authorized distribution network.

Required profile

• Senior sales professional with a proven track record of commanding a territory.
• Enthusiastic, tenacious and resourceful, able to address immediate and emerging customer needs.
• Strong collaborator who works closely with Systems Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Professional Services, Support and Finance teams.
