Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing category and product planograms, in‑store and outdoor branding, and POSM initiatives across the Riyadh region. The role will work closely with the regional sales team to drive sales growth and profitability for the company’s extensive FMCG portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and ensure consistent implementation across the sales region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to incorporate all merchandising requirements and achieve excellence.
• Plan, organise, and evaluate regional events, school, corporate, and special activities.
• Coordinate roll‑out of marketing materials with local agencies and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work with sales and merchandising teams on store‑specific projects, creating and agreeing on implementation plans.

Required profile

• BA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions.
• Previous experience in trade‑marketing categories and handling SKUs.
• Strong numeracy, analytical ability, influencing and negotiating skills, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
