About the role

Lendo, a fast‑growing FinTech company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand its client base. You will act as the primary point of contact for businesses seeking digital lending solutions, ensuring they receive tailored, secure, and transparent financing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of Lendo’s products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients through site visits, e‑meetings, and regular follow‑ups.
• Research new business opportunities, evaluate potential clients, and expand the company’s portfolio.
• Upsell and cross‑sell relevant financial products to meet revenue targets.
• Assess client needs, recommend customized solutions, and guide them through onboarding.
• Track and report on client engagement, revenue performance, and provide insights to the sales team.
• Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in financial services, FinTech, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial products and the ability to quickly learn new solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize workload, and meet revenue targets.
• Analytical mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.
