About the role
We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join our growing team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly, solution‑oriented support across phone, email and live‑chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and company policies.
- Assist customers with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
- Deliver friendly, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented service while building positive relationships.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently; escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve processes and services.
- Utilize CRM systems and support tools, keep documentation up to date, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
