About the role
We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join our growing team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and efficient support across phone, email and live chat.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and company policies.
- Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and share insights to improve processes and services.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
- Professional, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
