About the role
We are hiring a Remote Operations Support Specialist to coordinate daily business operations across multiple internal systems. Working fully remotely, you will help maintain organized workflows, track tasks, and ensure timely completion, contributing to operational clarity and team productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Track, update, and manage operational tasks across internal systems, ensuring proper assignment and timely completion.
- Maintain and update operational trackers, spreadsheets, and logs with accurate data.
- Review, categorize, and route incoming operational requests to the appropriate teams.
- Produce daily operational reports, summarising completed tasks, pending items, and blockers.
- Perform quality checks, keep documentation audit‑ready, and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Required skills
- Basic experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
