About the role
As a Renewal Account Manager you will own the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle for strategic healthcare accounts across Saudi Arabia. You will build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, ensure timely renewals, and drive adoption of Wolters Kluwer Health solutions while identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal process – forecasting, early engagement, pricing, negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Execute on‑time renewals, minimise churn and secure long‑term retention.
- Identify retention risks and implement proactive strategies to protect revenue.
- Drive account expansion through upselling and cross‑selling aligned to customer needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with local procurement requirements, including the Etimad platform and public‑sector tendering.
- Conduct regular business reviews to gauge satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution adoption, resolve issues and optimise outcomes.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, account plans and CRM records.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, renewals or sales within healthcare, SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record in renewal management, contract negotiation and customer retention.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi governmental procurement processes and platforms such as Etimad.
- Excellent relationship‑building, stakeholder management and consultative selling abilities.
- Results‑driven with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using the Etimad procurement platform.
